We offer two spacious family rooms (Lackenkogel & Strimskogel), perfect for families of four, with a shared bathroom for maximum comfort and intimacy. Additionally, we have a double room (Dachstein view), ideal for couples or single travelers.
For the culinary pleasure of our guests, a spacious shared kitchen is available where you can feel at home and prepare your own delicious meals.

With fresh ingredients and a pinch of warmth, she conjures up a delicious meal every day to give you the strength you need for your adventures in the mountains. Enjoy your breakfast in our spacious breakfast room, which is also inviting in the evening and is perfect for socializing.
So that you can enjoy your skiing adventures to the fullest, we offer a practical ski room with ski boot dryers . Your equipment is safely stored here and ready for your next adventure on the slopes.

We, the Kirchgasser family of four, consisting of Simon, Barbara and our two daughters Anna and Simone, look forward to welcoming you to our idyllic accommodation.
Barbara, our loving mother, runs the rental business with heart and dedication. She has inherited this tradition from her mother-in-law, who looked after her guests with care for many years. This passion is now carried on by Barbara.
With us you will not only experience hospitality, but also the warm connection to our home.
